By adding links within your app or web app, you make it much more dynamic and user-friendly for your guests. However, some links can be very long and look unattractive. How can you neatly place a link behind text or an image?
In the App
Go to edit a page.
Find the link/URL you want to place behind a piece of text or an image.
Copy the link to your clipboard (click the URL so it turns blue (selected), then right-click and choose Copy).
Return to editing the page and select the image or piece of text where you want the link to be placed.
Click the paperclip icon at the top (or use the shortcut Ctrl/Command + K).
Paste the link.
Make sure the link is entered under URL, and that “Open link in” is set to “Current window.”
Click the blue “Save” button.
You will now return to the page editor. Click the blue “Save” button in the top right corner.
Your link should now be connected. Be sure to test it!
In the Web App
Go to edit a page.
Find the link/URL you want to place behind a piece of text or an image.
Copy the link to your clipboard (click the URL so it turns blue (selected), then right-click and choose Copy).
Return to editing the page and select the image or piece of text where you want the link to be placed.
Click the paperclip icon at the top (or use the shortcut Ctrl/Command + K).
Paste the link.
Click the purple “Save” button.
Your link should now be connected. Be sure to test it!
Types of Links
Regular URLs
There are different types of links you can use. The most common is a regular URL, which directs users to another website.
This can be any website, such as:
A partner website where your guests receive discounts
The website of an organization such as ANWB
Any other external website
Phone Numbers and Email Links
You can also create links that allow users to directly call you or send you an email. This works differently from a regular URL.
Phone Number Link
To create a clickable phone number, simply add tel: in front of the number.
Example:
Email Link
To create a clickable email address, add mailto: in front of the email address.

+31 6 12 34 56 78 →
2. Place the number after the following URL:
