Creating forms

1. Click on ‘Form’ on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.

2. Click on Create Form below.

3. Give the form a title.

4. Add at least one field (question). Enter a title for this as well. 

5. Click on the purple ‘Save’ button at the bottom right.

Forms are useful for guest requests, feedback forms or notifications. There are countless possibilities with forms, but they all work the same way. The overview page is very similar to the overview page for pages.

When creating a form, you need to add Fields (questions). On the left you can fill in the name of the Field (the question), and on the right side you can choose what Field type (what kind of question) it is. When you click on Field type, there are several options:

Text: useful field for guests to enter a single line of text (e.g. name)

Text area: useful field to give guests the visual space to enter more information (e.g. as a notification field, guests can describe the problem in more detail)

Email: to enter an email address.

Number: to enter a telephone number/reservation number

Date: opens a calendar so that a guest can select a date.

Checkbox: request a click menu with multiple options, where multiple options can be selected.

Select: when clicking on this question, the options will become visible, of which only one can be selected.
