A PDF page is very similar to a content page, except that a PDF page only displays a PDF file.
We recommend always creating a content page instead of a PDF page. Since one of our recent updates, it is possible to add a PDF file to a content page. However, a PDF page has fewer options: a PDF page does not have a separate text block and you cannot add a form.
